A view looking to the south of 1000 County Road #3. The greenhouse paneling that you see on the three right bays no longer exists. The roof portion of those bays need to be re-upped for business (the infrastructure still exists)..

An aerial view of the greenhouse. As mentioned above, the greenhouse paneling no longer exists, but the left two bays are ready for paneling and the right three bays have the infrastructure in place but need the roof structure re-upped in order to effecively use all greenhouse bays for business.

A view of the east bays, infrastructure in place and ready to be re-paneled.

An aerial view of the beautiful figure-eight pond. 1000 County Road #3 is one of the most recognizable showpiece properties in the corridor that is Colorado's famous San Juan Skyway.

A view looking from the wrap-around-deck looking north-west over the figure-eight pond. The pond has a small boat dock for paddle boats and two islands to visit and explore.

A view from the the front lawn of 1000 County Road #3, looking south-west over the figure-eight pond to the San Juan Mountain Range.

A close-up of 1000 County Road #3's front and front entry way. Notice the beautiful hand-hewn log construction and the burgundy roof.

A view from the back of 1000 County Road #3. Notice the 3/4 wrap-around deck that runs east-south-west and features spectacular views of the rugged San Juans.

A close-up of the geothermal hot springs. Many cultures believe that such hot springs and geothermal waters have healing properties.

Steam rises in the early morning hours from the hot springs geothermal source. The geothermal water is currently piped into the greenhouse, and is ideal for year-round heating resulting in lower energy costs (organic or hydroponic produce farming, anyone?).

Another view from the 3/4 wrap-around deck, on beautiful summer's day.

A stunning view of the San Juan range. This view can be seen from most of 1000 County Road #3's south and west decks and south and west facing windows.

Another view to the south with storm clouds a-brewin'

1000 County Road #3 looking north to south. It's a beautiful winter wonderland, where geese and duck flock to the semi-frozen figure-eight pond.

Christmas time at 1000 County Road #3

Behold the breathtaking views from 1000 County Road #3's wrap-a-round deck (south side). Relax and enjoy the beauty, and watch as a summer squall forms around the mountains that box in the picturesque town of Ouray. You'll often see cattle grazing in the property to the south, and a variety of big game frequent the area (from deer, elk and bear to the call of coyotes).
